- Pick the Artist that you want to work with
- Pick the date and time shown open on their calendar.
- Complete the "Intake Form".
- Leave the correct deposit for the session. All deposits are made to Mayhem Tattoo.
- If you are not sure, schedule a "Free Consultation" Session.
DEPOSITS: VALID FOR 3 MONTHS FROM THE DATE LEFT.
